Support Personnel

Information Technology Support Personnel responsibilities include maintaining the Cox Reps information systems (data exchange, email, internet connectivity, security, servers, workstations, etc.) throughout their daily usage to provide consistent turnkey access to company resources & communications. Additional responsibilities include the planning & scaling of technological resources to adequately grow with the company's needs as they progress as well as to build better efficiencies into current operations.

Christobal Padilla
Network Manager

Chris came to TeleRep in April 1995 as a Network Specialist in the IT Department. He was promoted to Network Manager for the Cox Reps in August, 1997. As Network Manager, Chris is responsible for maintaining the Cox Reps' technological infrastructure. Prior to joining Cox, Chris spent 7 years at John Blair Communications and 1 year at Petry Media Corporation.

Dominick Sciangula
Network Specialist

Dominick joined TeleRep in April, 1998 as a Network Specialist in the IT Department after spending 8 years at JDS/Columbine-JDS/Encoda Systems. In March, 2001 Dom earned his CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification.

Tim Martin
Telecommunication Coordinator

Tim began his career at TeleRep in 1986 working in MIS operations. After garnering a wealth of experience from the operations side of the department, he moved over to the network side of the department as the Telecommunication Coordinator in 1998.

Nancy Behrens
Systems Administrator

Nancy started at TeleRep in July of 1991 doing desktop publishing for the Tiger Research Department. In 1998, she moved to the Information Technology Department as a Software Trainer; responsible for training users on the various software application suites that the Cox Reps employ. Additionally, Nancy provides workstation technical support & inventory tracking on equipment.

Ronny Liu
Senior Computer Technician

Ronny came to the Cox Reps in 1997 as a Computer Technician. He was shortly thereafter promoted to the position of Senior Computer Technician. Prior to joining the Cox Reps, he worked as a junior database programmer for a shipping company.

Tim Croft
Computer Technician

Tim came to the Cox Reps as a Computer Technician in 1999. Before that he worked at Excess Lines Association from 1996 to 1999 in the same capacity.
