Jim Monahan
President-Cox Reps

In 2009, Jim Monahan assumed the role of President of the Cox Reps after serving as President and General Manager of TeleRep since 2006.

Jim was named Executive Vice President/Director of Operations in 1998 after serving as Senior Vice President, Director of Operations since January 1996. Before that Jim served as Director of Special Projects and Audience Development. Previously, he served as a Director of Research for TeleRep's Jaguar station group.

Before joining TeleRep in 1980, Jim had been Research Supervisor for Metro TV Sales, the former rep arm of Metromedia Television. Prior to Metro, he held research analyst positions at Peters Griffin Woodward, ABC-TV Spot Sales and Petry.

Jim has also had a wealth of experience on various industry research committees. He has been a member of the INTV Research Advisory Committee since 1984, a representative of the Station Representatives Association (SRA) on the EMRC Advisory Council, and Chairman of the TVB Research Advisory Committee.
